Services for Senior Citizens

Senior citizens are a very important to Family Life Ministries and are a vital part of our service to the community. Many live under the poverty income level and suffer nutritionally as a result. One service we provide to our seniors is that they may come once a month and receive a selection of nutritionally balanced foods. The selection provided is based on the guidelines of the Commodity Supplemental Food Program by the US Department of Agriculture.

There are many services available to senior citizens, and while we do our part by assisting with foods for a healthy diet, you may find additional resources available from some of the links provided below.
